Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a pattern has been downloaded or accessed. If you experience any issues with your download or receive the wrong file, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help. EU Customers By purchasing digital products from this shop, you agree that:

  • delivery begins immediately after purchase, and
  • you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content supplied instantly.
